What are the hours of operation at Casino Niagara?
The casino is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, open on all holidays.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, self parking is available. On-site parking rates may fluctuate and are subject to change. Please visit the Momentum Desk for more details.
Are coat check services available?
Coat Check at Casino Niagara is currently unavailable.
Is there a Dress Code at the Casino?
Shirts and shoes must be worn. Clothing or other material that displays a message considered to be obscene, offensive, intimidating or threatening, or otherwise negatively impacts the enjoyment of the casino for other patrons is not permitted.
Are the Casinos within walking distance of each other?
Yes. It is approximately a 20 minute walk between the properties.
How do I get to Casino Niagara?
To get directions, simply select by car for more details.
Toronto is approximately 90 minutes away from Casino Niagara. Buffalo is approximately 45 minutes away from Casino Niagara.
How old do you have to be to enter the Casino?
To enter the casino you must be 19 years of age or older.
Security will request ID from patrons who appear under 30 years of age. Patrons who appear 21 years of age or younger will be asked to present two pieces of ID. Please note: the Casino will only accept valid Government issued photo identification for the purposes of determining age or identity.
Is everyone eligible to win a prize?
OLG is required to restrict several classes of individuals from playing or winning prizes, as mandated by our regulator, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This is consistent with the public’s expectation that these classes, including those who are underage and self-excluded, should not gamble at a Gaming Site.
The classes of persons not eligible to receive a prize include:
- An individual under the age of 19;
- An individual that has been restricted from accessing the Gaming Site or gambling at the Gaming Site as a condition of a court order;
- An individual that has been excluded from the casino by the AGCO;
- Officers, members of the board of directors, or partners of the Supplier responsible for the operation of the Site;
- Registered gaming assistants of the Gaming Site operator at any Gaming Site operated by that operator;
- Registered gaming assistants of OLG;
- Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the Gaming Site;
- Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the Gaming Site;
- Members of the board of directors or employees of the AGCO;
- Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG; and
- OLG employees registered as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant.

Where can I get U.S. currency exchanged?
U.S. Currency can be exchanged with any cage cashier on the gaming floor or at any bank.
Can you smoke at Casino Niagara?
In compliance with Ontario Government legislation, smoking is not permitted inside the building or on the gaming floor, however designated outdoor smoking areas are available for patrons who wish to smoke.
Electronic cigarettes and vapour devices may only be used in designated areas where smoking is permitted.
Smoking, vaping or holding lighted cannabis is not permitted anywhere on casino property.
Do you offer wheelchairs within your facility?
Yes. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis, please see Security. Advance reservations are not permitted.
How do I get to the Falls from here?
Exit the building from the lower level doors on Falls Avenue. Cross the Avenue down to the railing/viewing area and you will see the Falls directly to your right.
How many restaurants does Casino Niagara have?
LEV2L Sports Bar is the restaurant located on the Level 2 gaming floor. Visit Lev2l Sports Bar for more details.
Are alcoholic beverages available 24 hours at the Casino?
Alcohol service is available from 11am until 1:50am daily. LEV2L Sports Bar, located on the Casino gaming floor will serve alcohol from 9am to 2am daily. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24-hours each day.
Are children allowed on property?
Children are permitted on property but must be 19 years of age or older to enter the Casino Floor, including all dining options.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed with the exception of certified service animals.
Are Gift Cards available?
Yes, Gift Cards are available.
To purchase, call 1 (888) 325-5788 or visit the Momentum Desk located on the gaming floor. Must be at least 19 years of age or older to purchase and redeem Gift Cards. Valid, Government-issued, photo identification is required upon request. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Casino Niagara or Fallsview Casino Resort restaurant, box office or Galleria restaurant or at the Fallsview Casino Resort Hotel/Spa. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or gaming chips. Must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino or attend performances at Fallsview Casino Resort.
How can I be notified about future specials and promotions?
As a member of Momentum you'll receive information on exciting concert announcements, news on new Slot and Table Games, Momentum membership updates, and other information you "need" to know as an exclusive Momentum member.
To receive this information via mail or email, please visit our Momentum Desk, located on the gaming floor and request to receive notifications.
You must be 19 years of age or older and a valid Momentum member to receive notifications.
Who is prohibited from accessing the Casino?
The following individuals are prohibited from entering the gaming areas at Niagara Casinos:
- Individuals under 19 years of age;
- Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
- Individuals enrolled/participating in the Self-exclusion program;
- Individuals who have been restricted as a condition by a court order; and
- Individuals who have been excluded from the site under subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act.
Any of the above-noted individuals identified attempting to enter the casino or identified on the gaming floor will be removed from the gaming premises by casino security or the police, and will be subject to Niagara Casino’s Trespass Policy and any related charges/sanctions applicable by law.
Who is prohibited from Playing?
The following individuals are prohibited from playing lottery schemes/casino games:
- Individuals under 19 years of age;
- Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
- Individuals enrolled/participating in the Self-exclusion program;
- Individuals restricted by court order;
- Individuals who have been excluded from the site under direction of the Regulator - subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act;
- Officers, members of the board of directors or partners of the Operator;
- Registered gaming assistants of an Operator or OLG employed at any gaming site operated by the Operator or OLG;
- Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the site;
- Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site;
- Members or employees of the AGCO;
- Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG, unless they are within the description set out in subsection 22(6) of Ontario Regulation 78/12 (i.e. they are registered as category 2 gaming assistants or otherwise not required to be registered by the AGCO).
Any of the above-noted individuals identified and found participating in gaming will be removed from the premises by casino security or the police, and subject to Niagara Casino’s Trespass Policy and any charges/sanctions applicable by law.
*Some individuals prohibited from play are subject to prize disentitlement policies and procedures.
Can I use my phone or camera to take photos or video?
No. Photography/videography is strictly prohibited on the gaming floor.
Can I use my cell phone or other electronic device?
The use of cell phones or other electronic devices is not permitted at table games or slot machines. If you require the use of your cell phone while playing casino games, you must temporarily pause your play and step away from the gaming table or slot machine.
What are the rules for alcohol on the gaming floor?
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Persons showing signs of intoxication will not be permitted entry, or if already on the gaming floor, will be instructed to leave the casino until the next day.
Legal drinking age is 19 years old.
What are the rules for cannabis on property?
Smoking, vaping or holding lighted cannabis is not permitted anywhere on casino property.
Can I bring my purse, bag or back pack onto the gaming floor?
Yes. Bags/packages may be brought into the casino however all items are subject to security inspection. Security may request that oversized items be secured in your vehicle/hotel room if possible.
Do you have video surveillance?
Yes. Video surveillance is used for security, regulatory compliance and crime prevention/detection reasons and persons on the premises are subject to having their image captured. Facial recognition is also used to assist self-excluded individuals by identifying them if they enter the casino.
Is soliciting allowed at the casino?
No. Unauthorized solicitation, canvassing, advertising or distribution/posting of material anywhere on casino property is strictly prohibited.
What are the Call Centre hours?
The Call Centre is open daily from 7am-1am.
What slot machine denominations are offered?
A wide variety of denominations from $0.01 to $5 and many of our slot machines offer multiple denominations.
How many slot machines do you have?
Casino Niagara offers over 1,300 of your favorite slot machines, including over 350 progressive slots such as Mighty Millionaire that has a jackpot starting at $1 million!
How do I obtain a Win/Loss Statement?
To obtain a Win/Loss Statement, visit any Cage Cashier and request a Win/Loss Statement Request form. You can also make the request by calling our Casino Finance department at (905) 374-6928 x24102.
How do I submit a Win/Loss Request form?
The Win/Loss Request form can be delivered to any Cage Cashier or can be faxed to (905) 353-6733 or mailed to Niagara Casinos:

How many table games do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of over 40 table games such as Blackjack, Mississippi Stud, Roulette, Poker and many more. For a complete list of games, visit our Table Games section online.
How many tables do you have in your Poker Room?
Casino Niagara's Poker Room offers 18 tables and is open 12:00 pm to 4:00 am daily.
We offer various forms of Texas Hold’Em No Limit Poker, Limit Poker as well as Omaha ; all provided based on demand. Blinds start at $1/$3 with a minimum buy in of $100.

Can I call ahead to be placed on a Poker Room waiting list?
Call ins for waiting list are accepted only during operating hours. Please call (905) 353-7000 up to ninety minutes prior to arrival to be placed on a waiting list. Please check in at the Poker desk upon arrival.
As a Poker Player, will I qualify for parking?
Complimentary Parking is based off of qualified Poker play. Please check to see if you have qualified for parking by logging onto your My Momentum account, visit the Poker Room or stop by the Momentum Desk. We will be happy to help you.
